Ecosystem Restoration Plan and Fuel Management Strategy for Ellison Provincial Park. Developed fuel treatment prescriptions for mitigating the wildfire risk in the park for the Ministry of Environment.

Fuel treatment prescriptions for seven parks in the Okanagan Region. Developed fuel treatment prescriptions and treatment costs for interface fuels treatments in seven parks and protected areas for the Ministry of Environment.

Fuel break feasibility study for Manning Park. Recommended fuel break locations to mitigate wildfire risk in Manning Park, provided mitigation treatment recommendations and BC Parks Level 2 Impact Assessments.

Community Wildfire Protection Plan for Pemberton, Squamish, Kelowna, Prince George, Sparwood, Elkford and the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District. Mapped fire risk and fuel hazards. Reviewed bylaws, Official Community Plans, and development application processes for non-compliance with FireSmart principles. Provided recommendations for potential fuel management projects.

Fire risk and fuel hazard assessment for a proposed development in the Soo Valley. Developed fuel mitigation strategies and made FireSmart recommendations for community design and planning.

Development and delivery of an Interface Fuel Hazard Assessment training program for BC Parks staff.  Allowed BC Parks staff to perform fuels assessments within the Okanagan region.
